Exascale is a British telecommunications company, based in Telford,[2] England. It owns, operates and maintains fibre-to-the-building infrastructure in Telford and West Bromwich[3] in the United Kingdom. The company was founded in 2010, in Wolverhampton by Thomas Bibb, a postgraduate from Staffordshire University.
Exascale acts as a retail ISP and a wholesaler, selling direct to consumers and businsesses and also leasing connections to other consumer ISPs.
