The cabinet of Governor of New York Kathy Hochul consists of the executive chamber and the heads of the various departments of the Government of New York. Hochul took office on August 24, 2021, as the 57th governor of New York.

Kathy Hochul's Lieutenant Governor is Brian Benjamin, former state senator. Benjamin replaced the previous acting Lieutenant Governor, Andrea Stewart-Cousins, the majority leader and temporary president of the senate.
