The Expo Hokkaido '82 (Japanese: '82北海道博覧会), also abbreviated "82 Do-haku", was an local exhibition held at the Tsukisamu Dome area and June 12 - August 22, 1982..[1][2]
Its theme was "Now is the Departure of the Northern Era"[3] Organized as a 40th anniversary project of the Hokkaido Shimbun Press,[4] It was visited by over 2.6 million people.[3][5]

- 21st century science pavilion: Toshiba, Hitachi, SONY, IBM, Sanyo, and EXPO'85 shared the same building space.
- Tomorrow's Transportation Pavilion: Japanese National Railways, Higashi Nihon Ferry, Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu, Subaru, Honda, Mazda, and Kawasaki shared the same building space.
- Human, Nature Environment Pavilion: Showa Alminum, Hokkaido Woody Material Demand Expansion Council, The Japan Gas Association, Hokusan, Mitsubishi, YKK, Hokkaido Paper Pulp Council, Ishikari Deveropment, Tomakomai East Development, and Yazaki shared the same building space.
- Human square: Hokkaido District Posts and Telecommunications Bureau, Godo Shusei, Yakult, Mizuno, Sanwa Shutter, Shiseido, and Nissei Heating shared the same building space.
