EyeBrowse is an image editing and management application for the [[Windows]] operating system.  It features animated GIF support, image manipulation functions including blur, resize, crop and sharpen, amongst others. The following file formats are supported: PNG, JPG, BMP, TGA, TIFF, PCX, WMF, EMF.  The program is free of charge[1].
