FAST Swim Team
FAST Swim Team is a Swim team located at Yorba Linda High School (19900 Bastanchury Road, Yorba Linda, CA 92886) and Janet Evans Swim Complex(801 West Valencia Drive, Fullerton, CA 92832). FAST is attached to USA Swimming and Southern California Swimming. They main team currently competes in local age group meets and national swimming competitions. They also offer swim classes, pre-comp courses and a Masters swim team. Their current sponsor is Arena. They are classified on the 2018-2019 season as a bronze medal club[1]. Head Coach / National Development[edit]
Coach Brown began as the Head Coach of FAST in 2011 bringing over 25 years of experience to our deck.
Paul Davidson[edit]
Age Group Development - Fullerton[edit]
Coach Paul joined FAST in 2018 with over 30 years of coaching experience. He worked at the college level for 14 years at Michigan (2), UNLV (1), and USC (11).
Kyle Knoff[edit]
Masters - Fullerton[edit]
Coach Kyle began coaching at FAST in 2006. Kyle swam for FAST from the age of 10 and achieved great success in high school as the 2003 CIF Champion in the 100 Breaststroke. He earned a full scholarship to Cal State-Bakersfield where his team won the NCAA Division II Championship in 2004.
Sean Honda Kao[edit]
Assistant Coach - Fullerton[edit]
Coach Sean joined the FAST staff full-time in September 2018. Sean swam at FAST 2006-2012 graduating from Diamond Bar High School in 2012 and moving on to Arizona State University.
Nadia Paramita Kusmajadi[edit]

Coach Nadia grew up in Indonesia where she swam competitively with the Almagari Swim Team for 9 years. She began teaching at FAST in 2009 while attending Fullerton College where she was a member of the swim team.
Lauren Morford[edit]
Senior Development - Fullerton[edit]
Coach Lauren joined the FAST staff in 2012. She has over 15 years of experience teaching and coaching a wide range of levels, from infants to adults. She coached 14 & Under swimmers in New York City at the Manhattan Makos and Asphalt Green swim teams.
Jacob Patron[edit]
Assistant Coach - Fullerton[edit]
Coach Jacob joined the FAST staff in 2017. He began teaching at FAST in 2015 specializing in the advanced levels of lessons and the Pre-Competitive classes.
Rami Pinzon[edit]
Junior Development - Fullerton[edit]
Coach Rami joined FAST in 2016 with over 10 years of teaching experience and a lifelong love of competitive swimming. Coach Rami represented her home country of Lithuania at the 2008 Olympic Games (200-meter Breaststroke) and 4 World Championships.
Nancy Thomas[edit]
Lead Coach - Yorba Linda[edit]
Coach Nancy has been coaching FAST's groups at the Yorba Linda facility since July 2010. She leads all team groups, from Pre-Competitive to Junior Development. Prior to joining FAST, Nancy coached 10 & Unders at the Swim Team of Placentia for 14 years.
