FBG Cash (1990 - June 10, 2022), whose birth name was Tristian Hamilton, was an American drill rapper from Chicago,.Illinois.[1]


Early Life

Born in Chicago, Illinouis in 1990, FBG Cash (aka Cashout063, Cash063 or BossCash) was brought up in 63rd Street & St. Lawrence, Chicago. He lived in Parkway Gardens, which is also known as "O Block".[2] Rappers such as Chief Keef, King Von, Fredo Santana, and Lil Durk were all raised in this neighborhood.

In an interview given to Cam Capone News in April 2022, FBG Cash said he had ten siblings (six sisters and four brothers).[3] One of his younger brothers is also a drill rapper and goes by the name Young Mello or FBG Young or Young Go Dumb.[4][5][6][7]

Career

Music

FBG Cash started his career as a drill rapper and songwriter in 2012. He was part of a group of Chicago drill rappers called the "Fly Boy Gang" which he joined in 2012 following his release from jail[8].

His songs include “Back Again 2Xs,” “Statements,” “Wednesday,” “Front Door,” and “To The D”.[9]

On 26 May 2022, he released his latest music video entitled “Intro” which coincidentally was exactly two weeks before his death.[10][11][12].

In May 2022, he signed a recording deal with independent record label MNRK Music Group.[13][14]

Fly Boy Gang

Fly Boy Gang (Abbreviated as FBG and also known as Clout Boyz or "tooka gang") is a drill rap group based in Chicago. The group was formed by FBG Duck and FBG Dutchie in 2010.[15] FBD Duck was shot and killed in September 2020 by a gang of four masked shooters[16][17]. He was 26 years old at the time.[18]

The members of the group over the years have changed and included[19]FBG Duck (deceased),[20]FBG Dutchie[21],FBG Cash, FBG Bigga, FBG Brick (Deceased), FBG Butta, FBG Kels, FBG Meezle (Deceased),[22]FBG WhiteBoa (Deceased), FYB J Mane, Lil Jay aka King Lil Jay, Wooski aka King Opp, FBG Wooski, Billionaire Black, Young Mello (also known as FBG Young and Young Go Dumb).[23][4]

FBG Cash was shot dead on 10 June 2022 in Auburn Gresham, Chicago[27] He was with a female companion who was also shot but she survived.[28].
