FEX-Emu
From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki
FEX[1] runs x86 applications on ARM64 Linux, and can be used with Wine or Proton to run Windows games. The code is open source and available[2] under the MIT License.
An update to a Steam package[3] suggests that Valve are testing FEX internally as part of a compatibility layer to run both VR and non-VR games on ARM. [4]
