A boutique cookware company in Portland, Oregon U.S.A. The company makes a variety of cast iron cookware including griddles, grill pans and dutch ovens but is best known for their octagon shaped skillets which the company asserts give the user six pour spouts – the two corners aligned with the handles can’t be used as spouts.
Founders Mike Whitehead and Ron Khormaei started the company in 2012 via Kickstarter. The company was later acquired by Lodge Manufacturing Company in August 2019.[1] FINEX was the first acquisition for Lodge which is the oldest cast iron company in the U.S.A. founded in 1896.
