FSHOW, also known as the International Fertilizer Show or China International Fertilizer Show, is an annual trade fair for the fertilizer industry held in Shanghai, China. It began in 2010 as a specialised section of the China International Agrochemical & Crop Protection Exhibition (CAC).[1][2]
Overview
The event is organised by the CCPIT Sub-Council of Chemical Industry (CCPIT CHEM) and takes place at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). It is open to professional visitors and forms one of four concurrent sectors of the CAC exhibition, alongside crop protection, agrochemical equipment, and agricultural technology sections.[3][4]
History
FSHOW was launched in 2010. Early editions were held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. From 2023 the event has been staged at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).[5][6]
Organiser figures for recent editions include:
- 2024: 640 exhibitors and approximately 45,000 m² of exhibition space.[5]
- 2025: 686 exhibitors (including 84 from outside China) on 50,000 m².[7]
- 2026: 715 exhibitors on 50,000 m².[5]
The 2027 edition is scheduled for 24–26 March at the same venue.[5]
Scope
Exhibits typically cover fertilisers and related products, including compound fertilisers, water-soluble fertilisers, controlled-release fertilisers, micronutrient products, biostimulants, organic and microbial fertilisers, soil conditioners, and associated production and application equipment.[8]
Organiser
The exhibition is organised by the CCPIT Sub-Council of Chemical Industry, a sub-council of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. Day-to-day operations are managed by its subsidiary Beijing EraChem Exhibition Service Company.[9]
