Facial water

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Facial water, facial spray, misting spray or thermal water is water applied as an aerosol or from a spray bottle used as a beauty treatment. Facial sprays can be commercial or homemade.

Despite common misperceptions, misting sprays do not actually moisturize the skin without the use of a moisturizer because the water evaporates. Media reports have said that many of the sprays consist of nothing but "high-priced water."[1] Richard Lloyd of Consumers International commented, "This isn't the first time we've seen a product packaged up with a long list of dubious claims and a price tag to match."[1]
