Honourable Faddy Zouky OAM[edit]

The Honourable Faddy Zouky OAM was born in Lebanon[1] in 1968 and migrated to Australia in 1984 as a teenager. He embraced his new country and has spent his life giving back to the country that gave his family a new home. Zouky is a charismatic man of many talents who cares about his community. For close to three decades, he has dedicated his life to changing people’s lives. He is a legal advisor, was a migration agent between 1992 and 2001, was an assistant lecturer in law at Monash University and employs more than 5000 people through his company the Zouki Group. He is also a community advisor with SBS television, and a philanthropist and commercial pilot.

In 2012, Faddy Zouky received an Order of Australia Medal (OAM)[2] for his contribution the Victoria’s business community.

Zouki Group[edit]

Along with his two brothers, Sam and Joseph, they formed the Zouki Group[3] in 2005. Starting with one café in 2001 these quickly grew to 60 cafés across Victoria and New South Wales. They have cafés in almost public hospitals in Melbourne and Sydney bringing their vision of top quality food and coffee to people visiting hospitals. The Zouki Group is also involved in retail and service products, outlet design and fit outs and specialises on working in healthcare environments in Australia and the Middle-East.

Zouki Lawyers[edit]

The Hon Faddy Zouky OAM is a businessman and entrepreneur, lectured in law for more than 14 years at Monash University and is managing partner of Zouki Lawyers. He holds a Master of Laws and brings his in-depth understanding of the commercial sector to benefit his clients in Australia and overseas. His international background and experience gives him a global perspective. He represents clients in the Magistrates', County, Supreme and High Courts.

Australian Lebanese Chamber of Commerce – 2011[edit]

The Australian Lebanese Chamber of Commerce (ALCCI) was founded in 2011[4]. As a respected business developer and spokesperson for the Lebanese community in Australia, Zouky is the founding chairman and president of the organisation. A position he still holds today.

Before taking on this role, he represented the United Nations Development Program’s Live Lebanon Project[5] as its Australian Ambassador. This project is responsible for implementing 55 projects since 2010 for underprivileged communities in Lebanon. Funds come from Lebanese communities across the world, Goodwill Ambassadors and the private sector.
