Fairham

Fairham (/ˈfɛərəm/) is a housing estate that is currently under construction in the Borough of Rushcliffe, England. The estate is roughly 4.7 miles (7.6 km) from the city centre of Nottingham, and lies immediately south of Clifton, and also lies north of Gotham, east of Barton in Fabis and the A453, and west of Ruddington.
Development[edit]
Construction of the estate started in 2021 and is to provide 3,000 new homes as well as more than 2,000 new jobs and 200 acres of parkland and open spaces.[1] The current phase of residential, Phase 1, would deliver up to 150 houses.[2]
Facilities[edit]
As well as housing, the Fairham Business Park is also being constructed west of the estate. The estate is to also provide a school, sport pitches and recreation spaces and allotments.[2]
