Fairline Yachts Ltd.
Fairline Yachts Ltd.[1] is a British manufacturer of motor yachts. The company was launched on 26 January 2016 when its owners purchased the assets of Fairline Boats which went into administration in December 2015. Fairline Yachts' headquarters and manufacturing facility is in Oundle, Northamptonshire.

Fairline Yachts launched in January 2016 when the assets of Fairline Boats were purchased. In July 2020, Fairline Yachts announced the RiverRock European Opportunities Fund II had acquired a majority stake in the business.[2]
The company is now considered a key player in the global yacht charters market and is ranked highly in a competitive landscape based on market size, share, revenue, product demand, production capacity, and product utilization.[3]

- In March 2015, Fairline Yachts completed its first build, a Targa 48GT, for a UK customer.[4]
- In May 2016, Fairline Yachts announced it had employed its 100th staff member.[5]
- In May 2016, Fairline Yachts announced a partnership with the superyacht designer Alberto Mancini and the naval engineers Vripack to work on the design of the future Fairline model range.[6]]
- At the Cannes Yachting Festival in September 2017, Fairline launched the first fully Mancini designed boat, the Targa 63 GTO. This was the first of the new generation of models, launched during Fairline's 50th anniversary. It won "best exterior design" in the 50-80ft yachts category at the World Yachts Trophies.[7]
- In September 2018, the company launched the Targa 43 Open, which was awarded "Best Exterior Design" at the World Yacht Trophies.[8] In 2019, Targa 43 Open was a winner in the Motor Boats Awards in the category "Sportscruiser up to 45ft".[9]
- In April 2019, Fairline announced details of its new Squadron 68, which debuted at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September 2019.[10]
- In August 2019, Fairline celebrated the launch of its new boat, the F//Line 33, with party at the Butlers Wharf Chop House in London. [11]
- In September 2019, Fairline was announced as a winner for the third year in a row at the World Yachts Trophies, this time for its newly launched Squadron 68, which debuted at the Cannes Yachting Festival.[12]
- In January 2020, Fairline was announced as a winner at the Motorboat & Yachting Awards for its F//Line 33.[13]
- In July 2020, Fairline secures funding from a private equity led firm to provide significant capital investment in order to secure long term production and strategic growth into the luxury yacht marketplace.[14]
