Falwell R. Manzano
Falwell R. Manzano (born September 4, 1992). A Filipino real estate specialist, business visionary, and philanthropist. He established FRM Group, which was formerly known as FRManzano Realty (2016), a real estate firm.
During his career as a real estate specialist at Century Properties, he was sent to Singapore to represent the company and achieved approximately ₱19 million in sales for a year. After his career at Century Properties, he ventured into a career as a vehicle sales representative at Kia Cars Cabanatuan City, while simultaneously being a referral partner and agent at Sunlife Financial.
In November 2013, Falwell joined a global outreach group at Avida Land Corp/AyalaLand Corp.. He was then sent to Japan and Singapore, where he generated ₱50 million in sales for a year. In June 2014, Falwell was invited by CDC Holdings to be one of their global Sales Managers, where he was sent to Japan and Singapore to market their properties.
In August 2015, he was offered a business position by SM Development Corporation, where he yielded results in sales.
Falwell launched his business, FRM Marketing Group, intending to be listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange. FRM Marketing Group partnered with SM Development Corporation as one of their real estate firms. In 2020, the group changed its name to FRM Prime Realty Corporation and began the registration process. The company expands its business and operations to several industries, including Software, advertising, clothing, hotel management, a bar, a sports club, and a service.
In January 2021, Falwell R. Manzano held a question-and-answer session where he invited local media to announce the launch of his mobile application, NextGen. This application unifies various types of helpful applications available on the market. FRM Group envisions making it easier for everyone to download, install, and subscribe to premium features of various applications in one place.
NextGen will function as a general-purpose application that will offer all the popular application needs available on the market. This includes music streaming, social media, e-commerce, job searching, lodging booking, and video conferencing. NextGen's features will eliminate the need to install multiple applications and accounts to utilize their services. Users will only need one account and password for many essential applications.
