Famous is a 2012 Indo-American short film directed by Krishnan Unnikrishnan and starring Karanvir Bohra and Reshma Gajjar.
Plot[edit]
Believing himself the world's greatest Bollywood hero, Azhar Khan (Karanvir Bohra) is unaware that his movie star existence has been a false promotional stunt, and he actually believes his life is in actuality a colorful song and dance adventure, interspersed with occasional fight sequences where he always prevails. When his love interest Maya (Reshma Gajjar) disappears, he naively enters the real world to find her, and comes face-to-face with the harsh truth of his own existence.
