The Faneromeni library houses the reading room and the informational center of the Cyprus Library, specialising in Cyprological material.[2]
The library is housed on the first floor of the Tsaousis building, which is a property of the Church of Cyprus.[2]
The library will be moved in the next 6 months because the Archbishopric has reached an agreement to rent it to the annex of the University of Athens that was established in Cyprus in 2025.[2]
In 2009 the neo-classical building of the library was restored according to strict specifications.[3]
Collections
