Business career
In 2009, Faraz Fazlet founded https://www.linkedin.com/company/diga-inc- Diga Inc. in his bedroom at the age of 18 while still in high school. This initial startup, with limited capital, provided article writing services to clients through online platforms. Faraz personally wrote these articles after school. He gradually saved the earnings from article writing and invested in marketing his services on more prominent platforms, which expanded his customer base. Within three years, his home-based business grew into a virtual online marketing company with clients from every continent and over 100 employees from seven countries. Diga Inc. produced over 200 articles per day for websites, news agencies, and marketing companies. Beyond article writing, Diga Inc. also expanded into other online marketing services such as Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media Marketing, and Online Reputation Management.
In 2014, Faraz Fazlet decided to discontinue his work with https://www.linkedin.com/company/diga-inc- Diga Inc. to pursue a larger market opportunity. In the same year, he established http://www.orchid-organisation.com/ Orchid Organisation, initially as a trading company connecting buyers and sellers of recyclable commodities like plastic, paper, and metals. However, Orchid Organisation later focused solely on plastics. By 2016, the company was working with over 500 suppliers and 200 customers worldwide. Vietnam was its largest customer base, and Orchid Organisation strategically expanded by establishing its own warehouse and factory in Ho Chi Minh and Haiphong. Warehouses and factories were also opened in Malaysia and Thailand. Orchid Organisation further integrated its operations by acquiring plastic collection yards in Europe and the Middle East, aiming to stabilize pricing. Currently, http://www.orchid-organisation.com/ Orchid Organisation trades and recycles over 30,000 metric tonnes of plastics annually (equivalent to 1600 containers of shipments).
