Fariba Rahimi (born September 18, 1979[1]) is a Norwegian model.[2] Born in Iran, she moved to Turkey and came to Norway when she was 18.[3][4] Rahimi is also a nurse and she has worked for two years for a local model agency in Trondheim, Norway.[5]
Rahimi is also notable for her work with Versace[6] and for her roles in several African films.[7]
She is also a member of Forbes.[8][9][10][11]
Early life[edit]
Fariba Rahimi[12] was born into a Muslim family but became an atheist.[13] Her parents worked for the Shah of Iran.[14]
After the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran, Rahimi left the country at the age of 16 to escape the strict regime and pursue her career as a model. She moved to Turkey and arrived in Norway when she was 18.
Career[edit]
Rahimi[4] started her modeling career in 2002[5] when she was 22. She worked with a local modelling agency for two years but left it in 2004 to pursue her studies.[15] She returned to pursue modeling when she turned 38[16] and worked as a model for the popular brand Versace.[17]
After returning to modelling at age 38,[18] she has been featured in numerous magazines[19][18] around the world. During her career, she has also participated in the Versace fashion show in Milan twice in 2018.[5]

Rahimi worked for Versace in 2018[5] and has appeared in the Versace Fashion Show in Milan in 2018.[6]
Acting[edit]
Rahimi is also an actress, and appeared in several African films.[7] She has also announced her intention to build a school and hospital in Africa in 2020.[20]
