Fərid Famil oğlu Hacıyev (born April 25, 1989) is an Azerbaijani former legal consultant who is the Head of the Department[which?] of the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a member of the Anti-Corruption Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and a second-degree state advisor.[1][2][3]

On June 22, 2022, by the order of President Ilham Aliyev, he was given the title of second-degree state counselor.[4]
