Fast Print is a Jordan-based family business established in 1995 by Francis I. Dababneh. With more than 28+ years of experience in the printing and packaging industry, the company is highly recognized in Jordan, especially in Amman, for all kinds of printing products.[2]
Fast Print has been chosen as one of the leading printing companies in the country by reputed critics. With the rising competition in the industry, Fast Print has managed to beat its competitors with high quality printing, precise timings, and its loyal customers.[3][4]
Fast Print is serving many Schools & University’s, Restuarants & Cafes, Pharmaceuticals, NGO’s, Embassies, Airlines, Telecommunications, Hospitalities & Hotel’s, Financial Institute’s & Banks, Government Entitlements, Healthcare Providers, Insurance Companies & Hospitals, and other commercial establishments for printing services in Jordan.
History[edit]
The company all started with the co-founder and managing director of Fast Print, Francis Dababneh, with over 40 years of experience in the printing sector. He began back then at an early age with the founding father, Ibrahim Hashlan, and the first stamp workshop in Jordan, the "Hashlan workshop." Francis was ambitious and had a wide vision to reach in the printing.
After years in the Hashlan workshop, Francis decided to expand and establish an offset printing press in 1995, which today is Fast Print. With years of experience and knowledge in printing and focusing on customer satisfaction along with quality printing, Francis expanded the shop to a company in 2005 after adding a new line of printing - "flexographic narrow web label printing."
The new line of label printing, along with offset printing, helped the company to be dominant and increase sales due to customer demand and satisfaction.
Francis decided to add the stamping workshop to Fast Print by selling stamps as he used to do at the Hashlan Workshop. Expanding in the printing fields with technology never stopped Francis and his son, Adham, after his son began at Fast Print in 2005 as an art & technical director.
In 2007, Francis added the latest technology in printing - Digital printing. Today, both Francis and Adham still look forward to expanding their company and achieving customer satisfaction with their quality printing. Adham Dababneh, the son of Francis Dababneh, is a designer, animator, and technical managerial director who previously practiced design and printing techniques in the same fields.
He received his BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in graphic design from Amman Ahliyya University in 2005. Through the last years of his studies of BFA, he took part in magazine designs and layouts at Sharqiyaat Est., where he published a magazine under the title "Eye Magazine."
In 2005, after accomplishing his BFA, he undertook and practiced his studies at Train-Edge Est. as a graphic designer. During this time, Adham was gaining knowledge and experience at his family business, a printing press company, Fast Print, as he started working with his father, Francis Dababneh, at their company from design to production and now as deputy director.
Adham's ambition didn't stop him from completing his studies, as he earned his MBA (Masters in Business Administration – Int’l Business), which helped him improve his managerial skills and help his father improve work quality and profit.
His higher diploma in digital 3D animation helped him bring new creative ideas to the company.
The company started in 1995 in Bayader Wadi il seer in Amman, Jordan, and until 2012, when they moved to a new premises in AlFuhays. Fast Print expanded its headquarters to a new location and new building just 10 minutes away from the heart of the capital of Amman.
With its three lines of production from digital, offset, and flexographic label printing, the company installed a brand new Konica Minolta digital press and a two-color Heidelberg press to increase production. The new location helped in being away from traffic and the busy city and concentrated on serving more nearby areas as their new location is a prime location.
In 2015, the company updated its website and added an online store where users can purchase online and place orders. In addition, in 2016, they added one mobile app. Both platforms, the mobile app and website, helped in increasing sales and marketing and made it easier for their clients to place orders while on the go!
By being on the main social media platforms, social media marketing has really pushed sales and advertising of their new features at Fast Print and helped keep their followers updated with their day-by-day activity.
After looking at the printing market and seeing that almost everything is moving towards digital and collateral printing and minimum quantities, Fast Print looks forward in the near future to add indoor/outdoor printing as well as banners/flex and roll up/see-thru and large format printing.
