Fastbase Inc. is an American Software as a service (SaaS) data and Web analytics company[3]. Fastbase is headquartered in New York with additional offices in Denmark. The company was founded by Rasmus Refer, the founder of Masterseek.
History
Fastbase was founded in Wilmington, Delaware in January 2015[4] and has a Head Office in New York[5]. In June 2016 Fastbase launched WebLeads a SaaS application which works with Google Analytics[6] to filter web traffic into identifiable leads.[7]. According to an article in Berlingske in September 2016, there was a growth rate in registrations of 35% per month[8]. In 2019, Fastbase launched InMarket Leads, a tool that shows which companies are searching for certain relevant business keywords and shows the location of that company and the key contact details.[9]
In September 2019 Fastbase Inc. received the call sign FBSE and in November 2019 Fastbase Inc was quoted on the OTCBB. The reverse merger with Guinness Exploration was finalized in March 2020.[10] Fastbase, Inc. is listed on the OTC exchange in New York under the symbol FBSE.[11]
In March 2020, Kevin Rodgers, a former Google executive was named CEO of Fastbase replacing the founder Rasmus Refer.[12] In August 2020, Fastbase acquired LeadScoreApp, a Danish software company focused on scoring leads and email automation founded by Brian Kristiansen[13].
Software and solutions
Fastbase provides cloud computing tools for business sales and marketing activities[14].
WebLeads is a lead generation application that enables users to download web visitor data to Salesforce, Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Excel or a CRM system[15].
InMarket Leads, a lead acquisition application displays companies according to keywords used in searches.[16]
LeadScoring is Fastbase's version of LeadScoreApp, a tracking and scoring with automated emails.[17]
SimilarLeads allows searches on companies by keywords, industry or brand name that can be filtered by location.[18]
