Fateha-i-Yajdaham or Fateha Doaz daham marks the birthday of Ghos e Azam Shaikh Abdul Qadir Gilani Rahmtullah, adjacent to the birthday of the Islamic prophet, Muhammad. According to the Islamic calendar, it is on the 12th of the month on Monday which is also called Big Eleventh (Badi Gyarween Sharif). Fateha-i-Yajdaham is an optional public holiday in Bangladesh. It is also celebrated in India and Pakistan.
