Fatima Hussain Abdullahi is a Nigerian Female Politician and a Medical Doctor who contested for the Gubernatorial primaries under the APC in Nasarawa State.
Biography
Fatima Hussain Abdullahi, hails from Doma Local Government Area of Nasarawa State is in her early 40s. She was the former wife of the APC National Chairman Senator Abdullahi Adamu. [1]
Career
Abdullahi seeing that Nasarawa State was in need of a visionary and competent leader decided to contest for the Gubernatorial seat against the incumbent Governor. [2] [3]
Abdullahi lost during the Nasarawa State APC Gubernatorial primaries saying she joined the contest so as to be the face of the youths and women in Nasarawa State. She lamented on the under representation and low participation of Northern Nigerian Women in politics and governance. Adding that she will continue to project herself to encourage women across the country to aim higher and not to be limited by anything whatsoever. [4] [5]
