Fatimah Taliah
Fatimah Taliah is an American comedian and actress. She has appeared on the Amazon Original series Goliath (2016)[1], truTV's Laff Mobb Laff Tracks (2018)[2], and Triads (2018)[3].
Early life and Education
Taliah, born Fatimah Taliah Qahhaar, is from Palos Heights, Illinois[4]. She began her career dancing, becoming a dance major at Columbia College Chicago in 2000. In 2001, she began professionally dancing for music videos and on tour with recording artists.
Career
Taliah's acting career has included many appearances in short films and as herself in comedy specials. In 2004, she signed to Elite Models Chicago[5], appearing in catalog and runway shows for Ashley Furniture, Walmart, Creme of Nature, and Bloomingdale's. After booking TV commercials, she began to study improv at Second City in Chicago. In 2012, she moved to Los Angeles to further pursue acting and joined Upright Citizens Brigade. In 2021, she released her debut comedy special, Nice to Meet Me, a Comedy Dynamics Production.[6][7]
