Feel Rich: Health is the New Wealth

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Feel Rich: Health is the New Wealth documents the emerging wellness revolution emerging in urban communities.[1]. Narrated by Quincy Jones III, the film

features interviews with artists, producers, urban farmers, and conscious celebrities who have made sweeping changes in their lives by opening themselves up to new ideas about what it means to be rich. Feel Rich conceptualized and co-produced this feature-length documentary revealing the emerging movement in hip hop to promote health across the country[2]. The film was released in May 2017 on iTunes and Amazon and went on to be acquired by Netflix[3]. The film was executive produced by Feel Rich founders Quincy Jones, QD3, and Shawn Ullman[4]. The film takes a behind the scenes look at the health habits of the hip hop elite such as canyon runs with The Game, mediation with Stic.Man from Dead Prez, and thoughts on wellness from Grammy and Emmy award-winner Common, Russell Simmons, Grammy award-nominated Paul Wall and wife Crystal, Fat Joe, Styles P, Slim Thug, Bob Roth from David Lynch Foundation, Dean Ornish, and other influencers sharing their stories about health and wellness. The documentary provides context to a global health crisis in urban communities, but rather than only focus on the problem, the film provides a backstage pass into celebrities who are living the solutions[5]. Each story transcends the idea of material wealth and purports that we are all just one step, one bite, and one breath away from feeling rich[6]
