Fehmida Kausar Jamali[2] Balochi, Urdu: فہمیدہ کوثر جمالی‎; is a Pakistani politician and hails from Balochistan. She joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, a ruling party in Pakistan, almost eight years back and became President of the Women Wing Balochistan of the party. Later, she contested General Elections of 2018 from PB32 Quetta constituency as a first female on a general seat in the province,[3] despite law and order being severely disturbed due to insurgency. After the Elections, the party leadership appointed her in the Central Working Committee of Tehreek-e-Insaf Women Federation as Central Vice President to represent Balochistan province in the light of the new party constitution duly approved by the Election Commission of Pakistan. She was also elected vice president for the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry and represents all women chambers in the apex trade body of Pakistan.[4]
