1) This page has been significantly edited and changed (it is substantially different) from the original title 'Philip Wynne' that was previously deleted. In this revised version all the promotional seeming content was removed and the current content does not read like an advert and is backed by references.
2) Having re-read this page, and comparing it with similar pages on Wikipedia, I do not see how this reads as an advert. There is limited information online on Philip Wynne, also known as Felipe Gregorio, but he is a pioneer and known in the cigar industry. Philip Wynne is a notable person and many cigar smokers are interested in learning more about him; a wikipedia entry is fitting. As for his involvement with US intelligence, much of his career was in covert action and not source-able. There does exist orders and documentation, some declassified, but they are not accessible online.
3) This page is similar and comparable to other pages published on Wikipedia. I find it unfair and inaccurate to have it flagged as being a personal advert or vanity article.
4) I will add more sources and revise it further. I ask that DoubleGrazing reconsiders his third comment as it is not accurate considering the substantial differences and revisions made from the 'Philip Wynne' entry.

Philip Gregory Wynne, also known as Felipe Gregorio, is the owner of Felipe Gregorio Cigars. The son of an American foreign service officer, Wynne started in the cigar business in 1990 in Honduras, where he worked with La Flor de Copan, a factory situated in Santa Rosa de Copan; there he created the Petrus, Tesoros de Copan, and Felipe Gregorio Brands.[1]. In 1994, he started operations in Condega, Nicaragua and became one of the first US investors in Nicaragua after the Sandinista Government took office[2]. In 1998, Frank Sinatra came to him and asked him to make his cigar brand. Mr. Sinatra insisted that the brand be made in the Dominican Republic; Wynne, with the financial backing of Sinatra, built Tabacalera Real where he continued creating cigars for over 20 years[2]. He has been referred to as a "cigar legend"[3] and a "cigar star"[4] by Perelman's Pocket Cyclopedia of Cigars and Cigar Aficionado Magazine respectively.
Early life
Shortly after his birth in Switzerland, Philip Wynne moved to South Korea as an infant, where his father was posted at the US Embassy in Soeul. Following his first years in South Korea, Philip then moved to Rome, Italy where he was raised until his departure to the US for university studies. Before college, Philip Wynne spent one year working in Chad and other parts of Sub-Saharan Africa for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
Growing up, Philip was always fond of the Cuban-style, full-bodied Havanas he smoked in Europe. After graduating from college and working a number of years in the Middle East under the cover of selling helicopters, he decided to start his own cigar business in 1990[5]. Because he was raised in Europe where Cuban cigars were legal, when he decided to get into the cigar business, the haunting flavors of all the Cuban cigars smoked in his youth were still vivid on his palate. He wanted to produce cigars similar to the many Cuban brands he grew up with[6][7]
Cigar innovations
Philip Wynne is known for the introduction of the first full-bodied cigars in the US Market[8], and having created new sizes such as: The first and only double-barreled cigar[9][10] which can be seen in his Maximo Ligero, Double Barreled Ligero[11][12]. Philip Wynne is also credited with creating the first "free form cigars" with his release of "The Boa" in 1997[13] as well as the first "short" big ring gauge cigar with his 1996 "Fat Boy"[14]
US intelligence activity
Upon graduating from the American University, School of International Service, Wynne worked in covert operations as an Intelligence Officer, first under Joseph J. Cappucci and associates, and then later under Ted Shackley. Philip Wynne's involvement in the United States Intelligence Community coincided with the end of the Cold War. His service between 1980 to 2000 brought him to Lebanon, Poland, Oman, and many other countries.
