Felix Isaac Lim
Felix Isaac Lim is a Singaporean student and aspiring technologist known for his coding skills and community service projects.[1]

Early Life and Education
Felix Isaac Lim was born on 16 April 2005 in Singapore. He attended Bukit Timah Primary School from 2012 to 2017.[2]
At Hillgrove Secondary School, Lim demonstrated exceptional academic progress. Initially placed in the Normal (Technical) stream, he transferred to the Normal (Academic) course in Secondary 2 due to his strong performance. He took English Language, Mathematics, and Science at a more demanding level under the Subject-Based Banding (Secondary) program.[3]
Lim received his N-Level results on December 19, 2023, scoring Grade 1 for both Additional Mathematics and Humanities (Social Science and Geography). He was among 13,000 students who received their N-Level results that year.[4]
In 2023, Lim enrolled in the Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP) at Singapore Polytechnic. After placing in the Director's Honour Roll for top students in the cohort, he went on to his Diploma studies in Applied Artificial Intelligence and Analytics.[5]
Coding and Community Projects
Lim began coding at age 13 and has since devoted significant time to developing his skills.[6] His notable projects include:
- Netflix Addictector
A web browser extension that detects and blocks Netflix when a user exceeds a predetermined watch time limit. It has been installed 300 times with 64 weekly active users.[7]
- Tyche Discord Bot
His first and most widely adopted project, a bot that moderates content for communities on the Discord platform. At its peak, it had 500,000 users.[7]
Community Service Projects
- Fei Yue Community Services Dashboard (2019): Built a website dashboard to streamline the process of disadvantaged families collecting food for their monthly food fiesta.[8]
- Code for Singapore (October 2020 - May 2021): Worked as a pro-bono Frontend Developer for the Salt Rice project, aimed at creating a platform for isolated elderly to interact more with the public.[9]
- Tutor-Tutee Connection (2023-present): A project to connect volunteer tutors with tutees who need help with their exams.[7]

Personal Life
Outside of his academic and coding pursuits, Lim volunteers with the Bukit Gombak Eagles Interact Club, dedicating three to four hours weekly.[11]
In February 2024, Lim participated in a Youth Expedition Project to Laos, where he engaged in community service and cultural exchange activities.[12]
Lim has expressed interest in artificial intelligence, data science, and computer engineering for his future studies. He is known for his self-motivation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, stating, "I try and do a lot of things at once, but I kind of like the pressure of doing a lot of things at once".[6]
