Fellwalker is an American indie rock band formed in Philadelphia in 2019 by performance artist / musician Cynthia Hopkins and composer James Lavino. Drawing on influences from art rock, jazz and film music, have released three EPs and one full-length album.[1]
In 2020, the band wrote and recorded the opening title theme for the HBO documentary series Murder on Middle Beach, for which Lavino also provided original score.[2][3]
As of June, 2023, the band have partnered with producer Nick Krill on all of their recordings. They are frequent collaborators with drummers Dave King of The Bad Plus and Charlie Hall of The War on Drugs.[4][5]
