Corporate War between Jentayu Danaraksa & Khazanah Nasional Berhad over Malaysia Airlines System (MAS)
Proposed Takeover Malaysia Airlines System (MAS) by Jentayu Danaraksa
In 2014, Khazanah Nasional Berhad wanted to restructure the Malaysia Airlines System (MAS) after the national airlines of Malaysia was making huge losses after the incidents of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 and Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 and came out with 12-point revival plan for MAS[7].
On November 3, 2014, Jentayu Danaraksa made an alternative proposal for the restructuring of MAS to Khazanah Nasional [8][9]. Jentayu Danaraksa also plans to take over Syarikat Penerbangan Malaysia Berhad (PMB), which leases aircraft to MAS. PMB at that time was owned by the Ministry of Finance (Malaysia) and has four old aircraft[8].
The corporate war between Khazanah Nasional and Jentayu Danaraksa started after Khazanah Nasional rejects Jentayu Danaraksa's proposal to invest RM8.75 billion into MAS and thus will able to absorb the 6,000 people that will lose their jobs at MAS as part of Khazanah Nasional's 12-point revival plan for MAS[10].
Feriz Omar and his team in Jentayu Danaraksa decided to fight all the nine directors of Khazanah Nasional until the end since the original plan of Khazanah Nasional will make 6,000 employees of MAS lose their job. Feriz Omar and his team got the support from the National Union of Flight Attendants of Malaysia (NUFAM)[3][11].
The fight between Jentayu Danaraksa and Khazanah Nasional ended in March 2015 after Khazanah Nasional decided to rebrand Malaysia Airlines System (MAS) into Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB) and 6,000 employees of MAS lose their job[11][10].
However, in July 2018, all the nine directors of Khazanah Nasional decided to resign after the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad stated that Khazanah Nasional was not functional as the entity that improving Bumiputra's economy[12][13].

Issues
MRR2 Bridge Issue
MRR2 Bridge was a tense issue that had raised national attention that leads to a media attention from Buletin Utama TV3 and RTM[16][17]. It also become a main topic that was printed on a local newspaper for over a month with regard to the incompetence of Dato’ Seri Samy Vellu, Minister of Public Works at that time to give a guarantee on Jalan Lingkaran Tengah 2 (also known as MMR2 Kepong) safe to be [16] used despite marks and solid proofs that the bridge started to crack and near to collapse[18]. Feriz and ProWaris Engineering Unit have done through research on this matter. ProWaris had exposed various facts including the probability and consequences if the collapse of the bridge occurred[19]. The assumption is, not less than 3,400 lives will be harmed.
Feriz and ProWaris Leaders suggested YAB Dato’ Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Prime Minister of Malaysia (at that moment) to take serious action on Dato’ Seri Samy Vellu as he did not want to take action as it should be on the matter urged by ProWaris.
However, after almost a month this issue was continue to get raised from ProWaris, the MRR2 Bridge was finally ordered to be closed by YAB Dato’ Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Prime Minister of Malaysia. Dato' Seri Samy Vellu stepped down on December 6, 2010[20].
The Issue of Koridoraya Wilayah Pembangunan Iskandar [9]
Feriz through utilizing workforce and expertise of Malay Professionals with background from economic, engineering, law, credible accountant, real estate developer and banking had organized an effort to study every opportunity, risk and effect of Cadangan Pembangunan Wilayah Pembangunan Iskandar (WPI) proposal in the year 2007 and made comprehensive analysis on Koridoraya Ekonomi WPI plannings.
Feriz and ProWaris's study was relying on the information from newspaper particularly of Manual Perancangan Terperinci Wilayah Eknomoi Johor Selatan Bersepadu or better known as Comprehensive Development Plan for South Johor Economic Region (CDP) and IRDA (Act 664) as both were provided for public announcement by government and IRDA.
Apparent in the analysis of the Jawatankuasa Induk Kaji Selidik WPI, Feriz and ProWaris had found several policies that should be questioned as there are many facts in Perancangan WPI proposal that ignored (1) Islam Sanctity; (2) Malay Rights; and (3) Security and Sovereignty of King and Country. Feriz and the whole ProWaris Frontier Leaders-MAPAN had taken initiative to extend Twenty (20) Claims ProWaris-MAPAN to the WPI Development for Ex-Prime Minister who previously wished to submit their documents to Malay Royal Assemblies or Majlis Raja-Raja Melayu comprising DYMM Seri DYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Yang Dipertuan Agong, DYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Sultan Johor, YAB Menteri Besar Johor including YABhg Tun Musa Hitam as advisory member to IRDA. However, YAB Dato’ Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi undermined the claims and every request from ProWaris to meet him for the sake of Islam religion, Malay kings and Malay race was denied altogether [21][22].
In the effort to guard (1) Islam Sanctity; (2) Malay Rights; and (3) Security and Sovereignty of King and Country, Feriz and ProWaris had established principal of their claims into seven (7) aspects which should be given top priority from Royal Federal Institutions, Parliament Institutions, Federal Government, State Government and all agencies involved in the WPI.
The seven (7) aspects are arranged according to their importance as follows:-
1. Ruling Power;
2. Economy;
3. Islam Religion;
4. Malay Language
5. Education and Occupation;
6. Land; and
7. Security
Based on these aspects, ProWaris-MAPAN had identified policies that need to be fortified in WPI which apart from that is Act 664 Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) together with the list of policies below:-
1. Governing and Enforcement Policies;
2. Foreign Investment Policies;
3. Real Estate Development Policies;
4. Industrial Sector Development Policies;
5. Endorsement Policies, including ; Housing and Entertainment
6. Humanitarian Policies
Issue Barisan Nasional Government's defeated in the 12th General Election
The issue of defeat of Barisan Nasional government in the 12th general election was predicted earlier by Feriz based on observations and analyzes he recommended through ProWaris. The President of ProWaris had earlier warned of the situation in the TV9 Pilot Plan and organized a closed-door meeting with YABhg Tun Mahathir Mohamed 2 weeks before the 12th general election[23]
In the Decision of the 12th Election, Feriz has quoted the issue of the defeat in such detail and honest regarding the mistakes made by the 50-year-old UMNO-led government to fail to carry out the Malay and Islamic Agenda.
Feriz was also the first to mobilize the Malay race through the Malay NGOs throughout the country to maintain the dominance of the Malays in a shaky state and to seek ways for the leadership to be converted for the sake of Malays and Islam[24]. From an open interview to ProWaris press news began to share the real cause of the defeat of UMNO and the Barisan Nasional Government in the 12th general election.
