Feverse (Korean: 피버스; RR: Pibeoseu; stylized in all caps or as FE:VERSE) is a 5-member virtual VTuber K-Pop girl group formed by Kakao Entertainment through the South Korean reality survival show Girls Reverse. The members include: Muneo, Seoritae, Rien, Keuang and KimSerena. The group was formed on March 6, 2023, but officially debuted on May 9, 2023.
Feverse is a virtual group in VRChat, with the five members being K-Pop celebrities in real life, from the girl groups Iz*One, Apink, Loona and WJSN.
Name
Feverse is a combination of three meanings: Fever, which represents passion; Ever, which represents forever; and Universe, meaning the infinite possibilities of the universe.
History
Formation through Girls Reverse
Feverse was created through the Kakao Entertainment virtual reality survival competition show Girls Reverse, which aired from January 2 to March 6, 2023. The show featured 30 real-life K-pop girl group members through a virtual world within VRChat named 'W' to create a 5-member K-pop supergroup in the virtual world. The final group name was revealed on the final episode on March 6, 2023, as well as the final members of Feverse. KimSerena placed fifth, Rien placed fourth, Keuang placed third, Seoritae placed second, and Muneo placed first, becoming the center of the group.
2023–present: Official Debut
Feverse held their debut showcase concert <CHO Mini Concert> on May 8 and made their official debut on May 9 with their EP <CHO>.
