Fierce

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Fierce (also known as Fierce Tech Founders) is a network for women-founded tech startups in Ireland, and is headquartered in Dublin. It was founded by Lorraine Curham, and is supported by Dogpatch Labs.[1]

Network Activities

Fierce organises an annual Summit[2], usually held in Dublin or another major Irish city, bringing together a curated audience of early-stage women founders, investors and operators. The summit provides free onsite childcare, and has been dubbed the "Glastonbury for women tech founders". [3]

The network also runs Global Sprints, bringing founders to London, New York and other major cities in order to expand into new markets, meet international investors and potential customers. A Fierce London Sprint was credited with initiating the €2.6m round raised by LindaAI [4][5] in 2026, where the team introduced the founder to their future investor, and subsequently closed that round within two weeks. A Fierce New York sprint supported EstateMin in pivoting to the US market, where the founder secured her first US customer.[6]

National Reporting

In 2025, Fierce partnered with TechIreland for the release of the annual Female Founder Funding Review, which examines investment into women-founded tech startups across the island of Ireland.[7]
