Captions

Apometalloprotein (66h / 93h), due to inadequate gel polymerization, is characterized by the partial dissociation of Cd cofactor, resulting in a change in the charge ratios (pI) and thus a peak shift in the electropherogram vs. the holoprotein (69h).
