FileOptimizer is a [3][4] Microsoft Windows based Open Source GNU Lesser General Public License based file optimizer featuring a lossless compression. Its author is the Spanish Javier Gutierrez Chamorro.
Developed in C++ Builder back in 2012 it has been evolving to support more file types other than images, including [[Microsoft Office] documents, videos, or archives. It acts as a frontend for already existing free third party tools, called plugins:
