The Financial and Energy Exchange (FEX Global) is an Australia based futures exchange. It was established in 2006[1] and was granted an Australian Market Licence[2] under s795B of the Corporations Act by the Australian Government in 2013.

FEX markets are regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) as well as through the Reserve Bank of Australia's oversight of financial system stability[3]. FEX Global’s markets will be cleared by CME Clearing . On 18 July 2018, the CFTC certified rule amendments for CME to clear for the FEX Exchange.[4]
