Fintalent.io is a remote company a hiring and project platform that matches M&A, Corporate Strategy, and Fintech professionals with multinational companies. The company is based in London and Liechtenstein.[citation needed]

History[edit]

Ömer Güven & Manoj Jonam founded Fintalent.io in late 2019.[1] Ömer was previously group head of M&A at Fram^ Skandinavien AB, a Nasdaq listed company, and had deal experience at Warburg in Germany. Fintalent.io provides an alternative to traditional M&A and Strategy consultancies, by leveraging the top-tier freelance market of ex-bankers and ex-consultants looking for better working conditions.[2][3] The platform has been established amid the COVID-19 pandemic, as employers and employees alike realised the necessity of remote working.

Platform[edit]

As of May 2021, there is a pool of over 700 independent talents on the Fintalent.io platform, with technical backgrounds in over 2,900 industries.

Fintalent.io has clients from all over the world, including MENA, US, Norway, Australia, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Ghana, Liechtenstein, and Japan.[2]

Podcast[edit]

Fintalent.io host the "Open IC" podcast, which features guests who give insights into the M&A and Corporate Strategy verticals.[4]
