Fire Tiger is an American power pop band from Los Angeles, California, fronted by singer Tiffany Alkouri, keyboardist James Ramsey, guitarist Jordan Lucas, bassist Chris Cuomo, and drummer Tyler Moore.
History[edit]
Beginnigs and first album[edit]
Tiff and James met at a friend's party circa 2010, and wound up living in a house together, along with other friends, including the guitarist and a drummer, in the Hollywood Hills. That's where they started to make the first album Energy which took three years to complete and came out in 2013.[1] In 2015, Energy had sold over 10.000 copies, and had received a positive review on the 95.5 KLOS radio show, Heidi and Frank "Stay or Go", with a clean sweep of "stay" votes from random callers.[2]
Second album[edit]
In January 2018, Fire Tiger released their second independent album, Suddenly Heavenly, featuring special guest appearances, including Riker Lynch on bass and Trev Lukather on guitar. The album was mastered by Grammy winner Reuben Cohen, and pressed onto vinyl at Capitol Studios by Ron McMaster.[3]
