Fit in or fuck off
"Fit in or fuck off" ("FIFO")[1] is a phrase used to describe a culture in which people are compelled either to conform to the prevailing organizational norms [2][3]>[4] or societal norms, be fired, or leave.[5] It has been used as a justification for racism, nationalism (e.g., jingoism), sexism, homophobia, elitism, ableism, ethnic, nativist, immigrant restriction and xenophobic reaction, regulation and action.[2][6]
