Flagpole is a satirical news and digital media website based out of Sonipat that specialises in creating satirical content centred around college life at JGU. Founded in August 2018 by Veer Shetty, the website originally started as an underground anti-establishment movement that quickly transitioned into the voice of the student counter-culture as they ridiculed restrictive administrative policies and brought to light various pressing concerns of the student body at the time.
