Flagship Credit Acceptance is an online auto financing provider headquartered in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. The company provides financial services in the area of auto lending. Flagship also has offices in Irving, Texas, and Tempe, Arizona. Flagship Credit has grown its portfolio to $3.2 billion.[1]
History
In 2020, Rob Crowl was appointed as Chief Financial Officer.[2] In November 2020, Flagship Credit was certified as a Great Place to Work through the program.[3] In December 2020, Flagship Credit partnered with Pagaya to expand its financing options.[4] In August 2021, Flagship Credit introduced their Dealership of the Quarter Award, awarding it to EchoPark Automotive of Dallas.[5] In October 2021, Flagship Credit launched a campaign called “Any Given Saturday”, awarding one dealer in each of the company’s nine regions in the country with football-related tailgating prizes, selecting weekly winners based on the largest week-over-week increase in applications.[6] In November 2021, Flagship Credit donated more than 5,300 pounds of food to Feeding America, continuing its philanthropic efforts through its volunteer time-off program.[7]
Disaster relief
Flagship created an internal disaster committee to evaluate hurricane-related storms, determining the best way to support their impacted customers. The committee includes senior leaders, technical associates, backend documentation and processing associates, compliance, and legal representatives.[8]
