The Flatotel Hotel was a 289-room apartment-style business hotel in New York City. It opened in 1991 at 135 West 52nd Street in Midtown Manhattan, and went out of business in 2013 after being foreclosed. It is being converted to condominiums.[1][2]
The girls on the first cycle of the reality TV series America's Next Top Model were housed at the Manhattan Flatotel, as were the girls on the spinoff Modelville.[citation needed]
The Final four contestants from season 3 of Project Runway, stayed at the Manhattan Flatotel in the finale episode.[citation needed]
