Search FleetWit on Amazon.FleetWit is a trivia app and website that hosts trivia games called "race". FleetWit was founded in 2014 in New York City.
Gameplay[edit]
Players compete against each other to win cash prizes by answering a series of trivia questions, earning points for speed and accuracy.[1] While most races require a credit entry fee, FleetWit also hosts a free race every weekday and on Sundays. Credits are purchased by players through a credit card or with their winnings.[2] Each credit is equal to $0.25.
There are 4 types of races FleetWit offers:
1 v. 1 Trivia[edit]
These are 5-question trivia races and require a credit entry fee. The top score a player can receive is 5,000 points, 1,000 points for each question. The player who scores the highest receives 80% of the total entry fee in cash winnings.
Live Trivia[edit]
These are daily 10-questions races and are either free or require a credit entry fee. The top score a player can receive is 10,000 points, 1,000 points for each question. The number of players who receive a cash prize varies depending on the size of the race, usually the larger the race capacity, the larger the cash prize.
Genius Questions[edit]
These are a compilation of visual clues that players must solve. Genius Questions have an unlimited number of entries and are usually unsolved for months. Ken Jennings has been known to write Genius Questions for the company and posts about it on Twitter when he does.[3]
Puzzles[edit]
These consist of visual puzzles and may include math problems, word search, and games of memory.
Categories and Questions[edit]
There are over 32,000 questions in over 72 categories in the FleetWit database.[4] The questions are written by Dr. Brett Lazer and a staff of question writers.
