Flextone
Flextone is a Subgenre of Extratone. The term was invented by MG Mucus (former DJ Mucus). It is a compound of "Flexing" and "Tone" (an abbreviation for Extratone). The characteristics of this genre are fast changes in the pitch and a wide frequency range. The usage of samples is common as well as distorting those extremely. Flextone sounds similar to Noise, because it barely has a melody or rhythm.
