Career

M.A., yoga teacher, meditation teacher

Yoga teacher (E-RYT 500 – experienced registered yoga teacher 500 Yoga Alliance), BDY-member, yoga teacher trainer (YA), meditation teacher trainer (BYV) and stress management trainer (GKM). He also studied Literature, Religion, Indiology and Sanscrit (M.A.).

Since 1992 he has been practicing yoga and meditation, 6 years as a monk in a German and Hindu monastery. He gained wide knowledge of different yoga and meditation practices and got introduced to the art of mantra music.

He has produced 4 yoga- and meditation cd´s. Florian and his wife Nicole Roewers are the founders of Unity Training - the first German studio for happiness in Cologne (www.unity-training.de).
