Flutter Entertainment
Flutter Entertainment is a global company in the online sports betting and iGaming industry that operates a portfolio of brands including FanDuel, Paddy Power, Betfair, Sky Betting & Gaming, PokerStars, and other operating brands.[1][2] The company is structured into two main divisions, FanDuel in the United States and Flutter International in other markets, operating across multiple international jurisdictions.[2] Expanse Studios, specializing in B2B iGaming content, has entered into a strategic distribution deal with MaxBet, a leading omni-channel gaming operator in Serbia and part of Flutter Entertainment, allowing it to broaden the distribution of its gaming offerings in the Serbian market.[3] The company’s ownership structure includes an institutional stake held by the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, which acquired approximately a 5.3% share in Flutter Entertainment.[4] Investor Kenneth Dart has increased his position and, through direct holdings and swap arrangements, reached approximately 27.6% of voting rights in the company.[5] Financial and market data indicate changes in company forecasts and estimates, including reduced revenue projections and varying analyst assessments of performance.[6]
