The women's association football tournament at the 2017 Maccabiah Games was held in Jerusalem, from 9 July to 16 July.
For these Games, the women competed in an 8-team tournament. Preliminary matches commenced on 9 July. The teams were grouped into two pools of four teams each for a round-robin preliminary round. The top two teams in each pool advanced to a four-team single-elimination bracket.
Israel won the gold medal with a 2–1 victory over the United States in the final, with Eden Avital giving Israel the lead and Shani David scoring the game winner.[1][2]
