Introduction[edit]
The Forbes Technology Council is an invitation-only group of leading CIOs, CTOs, and other technology leaders. It belongs to the Forbes Councils Network. This network gathers as a community to share its thoughts on a discussion forum.[1]
History[edit]
The Forbes Technology Council was established in October 2015. Forbes Technology Council was founded by Pete Kistler, Ryan Paugh, and Scott Gerber. Forbes' headquarters are in the Greater Boston Area, East Coast, New England.
Organization and Members[edit]
Some of the existing and newly added of the Forbes Technology Council, chosen for their performance in their respective fields, include Chalmers Brown, CTO of Due[2], RevBits, an innovative cyber security solutions developer[3], Ravi Teja Bommireddipalli, MD, and CEO of Robosoft Technologies selected for his business growth metrics, professional achievements, and honors [4], Sri Manchala, Chairman & CEO of Trianz, a digital transformation consulting and technology services firm [5], Hoang-Giang Tran, a founding member of Aura Network, Tran Dang Hoa of FPT Software and Steve Nguyen, former CIO of Masan Group[6].
The Council also includes Abdul B.Subhani, President & CEO of Centex Technologies based in Killeen, Texas, Chitiz Agarwal, founder, and CEO of Techila Global Services [7], Dr. Obadare Peter Adawale, Co-Founder and COO of Digital Encode Limited[8], Gary Hutchinson, President of Modality Solutions[9], Dr. Viviyan Lyon, CIO of Plaza Dynamics, a managed Security, Cloud, and Technology Solutions provider[10] and Hakan Ekmen, Global CEO of Telecommunications at Umlaut, a global, full-service, cross-industry, infrastructure, and benchmarking specialist.

Forbes Technology Council members provide thought-leadership articles and other information regarding industries to be published on Forbes.com.
Miscellaneous[edit]
Members of the Technology Council should be prepared to undertake business development, finance, sales, and marketing responsibilities if necessary.
The Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC) is also founded by Forbes.
