Foresteater is the musical project/touring band of American singer/songwriter Mikey Pro from Phoenix, Arizona. He can play multiple instruments. Foresteater was created in 2015 after Pro reportedly had a dream about "A band playing on an island in outer-space surrounded by electric rainbows."[citation needed] As a live act, the projects members consist of Pro (guitar, vocals), Grey Smith (drums) and Zak Bracy (bass guitar, vocals) and has had several different live acoustic guitar players. Foresteater's Debut EP "Nightlife of the Exploding Heads" was produced by Bob Hoag and released in May 2016; It was well received by critics[citation needed] and was named the #4 BEST EP OF 2016 by the Phoenix New Times[1]. Foresteater's Single "Very Friendly People" was successful with independent music blogs and the band released a music video for the song in May 2017[2]. Foresteater went on their first tour in 2017[3]. Mikey Pro is reportedly working on new Foresteater music which is set to be released in early 2018[citation needed].
