Foundation Securities (Pvt.) Limited is a full-service equities brokerage firm with a Trading Rights Entitlement Certificate[1] (TREC) membership of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX).
The company started its operation in January 2005 as the first of its kind partnership between a group of industry professionals and the Fauji Foundation - one of the largest conglomerates in Pakistan with assets worth 3.9 billion US dollars in 2018. And later on, it was partially acquired by Askari Bank Limited.
