Four-Mod (โฟร์-มด) is a Thai pop duo consisting of two girls, Four and Mod, formed in 2005.
In 2005, Four-Mod released their debut single/song "Hai Jai Pen Tur", which stayed at number one for several weeks, ensuring their debut success. Since then, they have been releasing a string of consecutive number one hits.
History
Their debut single "Hai Jai Pen Tur" was a success.[citation needed] Their second single, "Love Love", was even more successful, debuting at number one and staying atop for several weeks, and the album had similar success.[citation needed] Their third single, "Dek Mee Ban Haa," was just as successful, and they released a third album, a mini-album titled Woo!.
In 2012, Mod joined the popular project group Seven Days as part of its second generation members.
In 2014, the group announced that the pair would part ways to work on their personal projects. Mod decided to become a full-time actress, while Four decided to open a floral shop called Morning Glory.
In 2021, Mod became a cabin crew member of the Air Asia airline, while Four ventured into a few businesses. Recently, the duo came back through Four's personal YouTube channel to promote Mod's personal YouTube channel and answered some questions about the band through a webseries called "#kwam lub Kami" (The secrets of Kamikaze), the series where Four would invite artists from the Kamikaze record label to tell their stories and secrets between them and the record label. Both of them insisted that they were still friends and the reason behind their long-time feud was a PR stunt made by the label. Four and Mod also explained further the reason behind their decisions to stop making music, stating that "they preferred to do it together," which was the reason why both of them stopped making music altogether.
